This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal data in connection with surveys, in line with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.

  • Contacting you if you opted in to a focus group or follow-up.

For focus groups, you explicitly consented when you agreed to the following description:

“We’re looking for a small group of people who’d like to help us shape the app as it grows. This means trying out new features early, sharing your honest thoughts, and being part of the journey from the very start.

It won’t take loads of your time — just the occasional message or quick test — but it makes a huge difference to us. Our feedback team will be the first to know what’s coming next, and ultimately, our biggest supporters. If you’re up for it, we’d love to have you with us!”

4. How Long We Keep Your Data

We will keep your personal data until you request deletion.

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:

  • Delete your data (“Right to be Forgotten”).

  • Restrict or object to certain processing.
